Complete build sheet, dyno sheets, fuel sheets, invoice of all new parts and all machine operations. This motor is complete with fuel pump, bypasses, ignition box, air pan fit for this injector. Had ALL NEW water pump, pistons, gear drive, cam, Isky red zone lifters, pushrods, steel shaft rockers, coated titanium valves, springs, retainers, BR mag, valve spring oilers, rebuilt dry sump pump. Will trade out valve covers and breather system if you prefer something different, and trade out to new oil pump if you prefer pump and filter housing style. BEST OF THE BEST this is the expensive good way, the right way, the only way of building a huge CI engine if you don’t want problems. This is NOT just assembled parts like everyone else does, this short block is BUILT!!!!!
NO JUNK Eagle or small pants crank and rods. If you have had strokers before you have experienced they consume more oil than usual, but not with both rails working to control oil like this engine. Built with a Callies 8 counterweight dual keyway crank, we weld in heavy metal so no chance of it coming out. Callies H beam rods with L-19 bolts, the new rods sized correctly, not just pulled out of box then blowing dust off them and installing them uncorrected, and undocumented. These rods have stretch corrected and rod bores honed to optimal size. Brodix Big Brodie Iron block, Line honed with special Gaerte custom ARP studs, BHJ square decked blueprinted block. 903 lifters bores with bronze bushings. Total seal rings, fully Calico coated rod, main and cam bearings, Custom ordered JE pistons to our specs. 6.535 short rod, which is WAAAAAY more expensive to build as it takes 10 pieces heavy metal to make internal balance. This makes the oil ring not positioned in pin window, so oil ring has twice the oil control over a ring that goes through pin window. And we don’t have a spacer ring to dig into piston, and it has a longer skirt to have better piston stability. lt is easier and cheaper to build with a longer rod but longer rods have many drawbacks, including much more piston rock and instability as piston is shorter, and lack of oil ring control as oil ring is open in the back of ring to piston pin area, so it cannot control oil consumption. We don’t want any oil in chamber if you are going to use Nitrous Oxide!!!!! ONLY THE BEST OF THE BEST, NO JUNK, it is what we do!!!!! If you want the BEST 632 out there, this is IT!!!!!!!
